Community Heart Health Program
The Heart Health program offers you the support and guidance needed to help achieve a healthy heart. It is aimed to assist those who have experienced a cardiac event, and are wanting to return to exercise in a safe an effective manner. However, preventative medicine is the best medicine, so we also welcome individuals who may be more disposed to one of these events in the future.
The program is designed and delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists in collaboration with each individual's allied health team.
An initial assessment will determine if this is the right program for you.
