Clinical Weight Loss Program
The Fit Lab is set to launch our NEW Clinical Weight Loss Program, off the back of our friend Kevin Creed, aspiring to lose 25 kilos in 25 weeks and only missing the mark by 3 kilos, but withholding amazing results on his Dexa scan with fat lost and muscle gained.
We hope to reach other motivated participants with similar goals as Kev. With 3 x 1hr coached training sessions taking place in the privacy of our Rehabilitation Centre, we will be sure to create a comfortable training atmosphere, social accountability and a bonding opportunity which has been amazing to witness in other programs currently running, such as our Fight Back with Fitness and Prostate Cancer groups.
The details for the new Program are as follows:
- 3 x 60 min sessions, one session with Steve Nance (former Strength and Conditioning coach for the Brisbane Broncos and Wallabies) and the remaining two with our Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning team.
- Monday and Friday 7am – 8am and Wednesday 12.30pm – 1.30pm
- A weekly check in on a Monday morning after your training session
- Full customised program for a 6 day workout
- Diet Plan written by an Accredited practicing Dietician
- Complimentary gym membership
