28 Day Challenge

Start YOUR 2019 with a BANG!!

The Fit Lab Trainers will be running a 28-Day Kick-start program to begin 2019 with some healthy habits and begin ticking off you’re 2019 Goals. The program will consist of four weekly Boot camps Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30am in our High Performance Shed. As well as a fun twist of family favourite board game inspired Workouts - UNO, Snakes and Ladders, Bingo and Jenga!

In total over the 28 days, you will be able to participate in 16 Boot camps workouts as well as exclusive access to the 2019 Kick-start Facebook group; where we will be posting daily health and fitness tips and advice on how to create the habits to make 2019 your best year yet.

$25 p/week ($100 total) for members and $50 p/week ($200) for non-members
