Vanesa’s approach to training encompasses both elements of Yoga and traditional strength training. Her method improves body awareness making it easy to connect mind and muscle for enhanced strength and flexibility whilst incorporating proper body alignment.
Vanesa’s clients also benefit from her use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), ensuring her clients work hard and achieve maximum results.
Vanesa started in the fitness industry teaching Core Power Yoga, Meditation and Restorative Yoga, then adding ‘strong by Zumba’ and Zumba to her repertoire.
Recently she completed her Zuu training and level one Strength and Conditioning, always furthering her understanding and bringing this knowledge into her training sessions - we think she is one talented lady!
