Matt Johnson High Performance Coach & Personal Trainer

Matt has recently joined our High Performance Team coming from Brisbane. Matt has been in the fitness industry for the past 3 years working closely with both individual Athletes and sporting teams. Matt has studied Exercise and Sports Science at UQ, graduating in 2016, and has had many working opportunities since. Matt has a passion for sport and working closely with Athletes to reach their Athletic aspirations.

Matt is motivated by seeing individuals discover their full potential and leaving nothing in the tank. Matt has used Strength and conditioning programming for the Colts UQ Rugby Union Teams and has had experience with the Wynnum Manly Rugby League Club under 20 and under 18 squads. Matt enjoys getting into the gym and pushing Athletes to reach their potential.
