Kyle Pringle Accredited Exercise Physiologist and High Performance Coach

Kyle has completed studies in both Exercise Physiology and Psychological Science at Griffith University. Through merging these two areas, Kyle is able to provide a holistic approach to health and rehabilitation giving clients the skills and knowledge to self-manage their activity and rehabilitation. Working within a clinical focus, Kyle has an interest in Lower Back Pain, Shoulder and Knee Rehabilitation

Within sport performance Kyle has experience with Sports such Soccer, Volleyball, Athletics and Kayaking. Kyle’s most notable roles are as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Brisbane Strikers NPL team and working at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games 2018 as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
