Joey has experience training a wide variety of people and had great success in seeing his clients reach their long term fitness goals.
Joey chooses functional fitness training methods along with traditional strength training, which is why you’re likely to catch him teaching one of our functional fitness classes.
Like many of our trainers here at The Fit Lab, Joey has completed his level 1 Strength and Conditioning qualification to provide his clients with a more in-depth approach to strength training. Many of Joey’s clients have seen dramatic weight loss whilst training with him through his style of training.
Helping members achieve their fitness goals is one of his values as an important part of personal training.
