Danah Hillman Group Fitness Co-ordinator & High Performance Coach
Danah has been a Personal Trainer for over 14 years and remains a passionate advocate for the fitness industry, and the overall health and wellbeing of everyone- often leading regular people to become committed fitness junkies.
Danah developed a passion early on in her training career for Group Exercise, and now leads the way as our Group Exercise Co-ordinator. Danah is qualified to teach a wide range of freestyle and Les Mills classes including RPM, Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Step, CX Worx, Grit Strength, Body Attack, boxing and KB classes, although, not all at once!
Danah is also one of the Coaches in our High Performance Unit and as a Trainer and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, she has experience in facilitating Strength and Conditioning for local Cardiac Rehab and Oncology Programs, developing the Strength and Conditioning of High Performance Athletes, engaging primary school kids in fitness programs utilising fun ways to get fit and stay healthy.
Danah is a Coach and mentor for senior high school students completing their HPE subjects who also facilitates lectures for Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and delivers information sessions for a local independent modelling agency.
She loves working with High Performance Athletes to enhance their competitive edge but she also has a heart for anyone who is interested in just finding out a little more to improve their current lifestyle or commit to bigger changes to see better and faster results.
