Fast Facts on Body Transformation
Training Frequency: Three programmed weight training days each with a cardio finisher. One optional extra programmed cardio day.
Training Style: A mix of resistance training and short maximum effort cardio HIIT ‘finishers’.
Session Duration: 45-60 minutes
Training Outcome: A reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle mass.
