I did an 8 week program via Telehealth which has markedly improved my upper body strength, while at the same time bringing my leg strength along as well.
I haven't done any gym work ever and was so pleased with the service Nicola and The Fit Lab provided. I had one appointment and testing, then we went online as I live remotely. Nicola rang once a week for the first couple of weeks until I was confident with the exercises and then we went all email which suited me really well. Her replies were always timely and very helpful. Loved the videos on Teambuildr for a newbie like me.
