All training packages will be billed on your credit card or tranferred via EFT.
Full payment is due before sessions can commence.

We also offer half hour sessions for busy individuals who have limited time each day to exercise. If you are new to training, half hour sessions are a great way of introducing exercise into your schedule without having to commit to a full hour. One to one half hour sessions are charged at a flat rate of $40 regardless of how many sessions you commit to each week. If you would like more information contact us.
