"After gaining close to 10kg during my first two years university I became unhappy with my body and I knew that I needed to do something about it. I had gone from being really active to being extremely lazy and I was looking for someone to give me the kick up the backside that I needed. Peter told me exactly what I needed to do, how hard I would have to work, and how long it would take me to reach my goals. I found the workouts hard to begin with and the diet was a bit difficult to stick to, but it didn't take long for the weight to start dropping off and that was all the motivation I needed! Not only have I lost weight and toned up, but I feel much happier and more confident.
