We offer 1:1 personal fitness training, partner training and small group personal training. Our workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, strongman training, plyometrics, core training, and flexibility and are tailored to your personal fitness level.
You will be guided through your programs by trainers who have completed a minimum of two years of formal education in health and fitness and have had at least five years experience working in industry.
